Some of Our Inspection Services Offered:

These are a few examples of some of the inspection services we offer, for questions about pricing, or a particular service, please contact us.

A standard home inspection, often scheduled by the prospective buyer (though sellers as well!), is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, and is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by an established Standards of Practice (Endeavor Inspections is a member of InterNACHI and abides by the InterNACHI Standards of Practice), that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The full scope of work may also be discussed and modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.

A 4-point inspection looks at the four major systems of a structure. Roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. If you're purchasing an older home, rental property, or condo then you'll likely need a 4-point inspection before purchasing a homeowners policy.

Wind mitigation inspections evaluate the appropriateness of a given structure's construction in the event of strong winds such as those present in a hurricane and look for features that have been shown to reduce losses in these situations.

It's common for builders and contractors to offer a one-year warranty on a new home. With our 11-month Inspection We’ll perform a full home inspection during the 11th month--right before the 12 month warranty of most builders expires--so you can have peace of mind.
