What's an 11-month Warranty Inspection?

Most builders offer a 12-month / 1-year warranty on new homes they build. The purpose of this type of inspection is for us to come out and perform a comprehensive home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on conducting observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following the inspection, you will receive photos along with a comprehensive report detailing information on any serious material defects that were observed on the date of the inspection. With this information, you'll be able to hold the builder and subcontractors to their warranties before they expire.
